There are no dues or fees at Bipolar Chat, but we do have expenses, especially for technical support. Think of it as if you were at a support group meeting in a rented room, and at the end they "passed the basket" to help pay the rent. Those who could afford to donate would; those who couldn't afford it would not. We don't want anyone who is short of money already to donate.
