Frequently Asked Questions

Why Doesn't My Password Work? When you first register your nickname for the StepChat.com on the Registration Page, the computer-generated password that is emailed to you sometimes contain numerals that may appear to be letters. Ones can look like Ls and Zeros can look like Os.If your password will not work, try copy-pasting it into the field instead of typing it. If that works, you can then change your password to something easier to remember On this page NOTE: If you can't copy-paste into the password field on the log on screen, try copy-pasting the password into WordPad or another text editor where you should be able to tell the numerals from the letters in the password. Then type it into the logon field. If you are still having problems getting your password to work, use the Contact Us form to send the password you would like to use to technical support.
